I've spent a fair amount of time going through much of the blog and just hope that your outstanding effort is fully appreciated.
I am merely a full fledged foodie, who appreciates the final product in all its aspects: taste, appearance, smell, texture. I as a mere consumer of the good stuff am overwhelmed at your effort, wit, insight, and obvious love at what you have produced. It affords an opportunity to appreciate the final product of the acquisition and preparation of the food at a heightened level. It is hard to imagine what level your blog should raise for a fellow cook. I just hope the word somehow gets out and spreads around and is savored that Blue Heron and its one of a kind author exists.
Love and Peace Back to you
Thanks, Anonymous, for your kind words. Jane
